Bryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance (2017) and a Master’s degree in Applied Statistics with a specialisation in Actuarial Science (2021). He launched his career at Quantum Insurance, where he built a strong technical foundation while progressing from Claims Officer to Senior Underwriter and Statistical Analyst between 2017 and 2021. He later broadened his expertise with roles at SWAN as Reinsurance Officer (2021–2022) and at MCB Group as Senior Internal Auditor during a brief six-month tenure in 2022–2023.
Bryan first stepped into management when he returned to Quantum Insurance in 2023 as Underwriting and Reinsurance Manager, leading technical underwriting and reinsurance functions until May 2024. He then joined Jubilee Allianz as Senior Underwriting Manager for Technical, Non-Motor and Financial Lines, further strengthening his leadership profile. Since April 2025, he has been contributing his experience and strategic insight at MUA, where he currently serves as Assistant Manager – Corporate Business.
