The Notification Process:
STEP 1: Advise us immediately, either verbally or in writing, as soon as you are aware of any injury or illness, etc.
STEP 2: Submit the claim form within fifteen days of the incident.
The Policy is adjusted on the basis of the actual salaries/wages at the end of the policy period.
Employers' Liability Policy provides for cover at Common Law up to a limit of Rs.100,000,000 for any one period of insurance.
